The Carvinea winery is located close to the sea in Carovigno, north of Brindisi, on the slopes of Murgia Salentina.

The vines frame the 16th century Masseria Pezza d’Arena, a historic property belonging to the Dentice di Frasso princes.

The tuft stone, scorching sun and gentle breezes from the sea, give distinct peculiarities in taste and the variety of aromas that are characteristic of the Carvinea wines, enhancing the typical characteristics of the estate’s grape varieties Fiano, Aglianico, Montepulciano, Ottavianello, Negroamaro and Primitivo.

“The relevance of the project to the company philosophy was the reason behind the decision to join the WRT project.
In fact, both in the vineyard and the cellar, we carry out rigorous production processes and pay meticulous attention to detail to the environment and the quality of the CARVINEA wines.
When the result of the lengthy WRT research was shown to me, I was immediately enthused and passionate about joining. “
